Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. This policy applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.

Abuse and Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund if we detect abuse, fraud, service attacks, or intentional excessive use that causes disproportionate costs (for example, mass usage intended to incur charges only to immediately seek a refund). This helps us protect the integrity of the service for all customers.

Cancellations and Renewals

Payment Processors

Payments may be processed via Creem or Gumroad. Refunds are handled by us and are generally issued back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first at support@memoryplugin.com. We can usually resolve issues quickly. Accounts may be suspended in the event of a chargeback.
