One Memory, Every AI Platform
Every platform here shares the same memory. Save something in one tool, and your next conversation in any other already has it. Pick yours to see how it connects.
Never Start From Scratch
Save something once and every tool you use has it from your next conversation. The re-explaining tax disappears.
Multiple Integration Options
Choose from browser extensions, custom GPTs, a remote MCP server, or API integrations based on your preferred platform. Each method offers seamless integration with your existing workflow.
The Notebook and the Archive
Curated memories your AI always sees, plus your imported chat history, searchable when it matters. Both travel with you.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does MemoryPlugin work across different AI platforms?
MemoryPlugin offers multiple integration options for each platform. Your MemoryPlugin account stores important facts from your conversations in a central location. When you switch platforms, these facts are accessible to your new AI assistant, eliminating the need to repeat yourself.
Does MemoryPlugin store my entire chat history?
Only if you choose to. Out of the box, MemoryPlugin stores the memories you save: specific facts and context for future conversations. If you import or sync your chat history, those conversations are stored too, encrypted at rest, so you can search them and let any AI you use draw on them. You can export or delete either at any time.
Do I need to create an account to use MemoryPlugin?
Yes. A MemoryPlugin account is required to store and manage your memories securely across platforms. This enables cross-platform memory synchronization and access to all integration options including browser extensions, custom GPTs, and MCP integration.
How do I activate MemoryPlugin in my conversations?
Activation depends on your chosen integration method. For browser extensions, simply click the MemoryPlugin button once per chat (one-click activation). For custom GPTs, activation is automatic. For MCP, add our remote MCP server URL to your client and authorize with your account.
What integration options are available?
MemoryPlugin offers browser extensions for web interfaces, custom GPTs for ChatGPT Plus subscribers, and MCP server integration for desktop applications like Claude Desktop. Each platform has specific integration options detailed on its respective page.
