Export your ChatGPT memories. Take them anywhere.
Paste your saved memories, get a clean, deduplicated list plus a paste-ready import prompt for Claude, Gemini, or any other AI. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
Take your ChatGPT memories anywhere in three steps.
Copy your memories
In ChatGPT, open Settings > Personalization > Manage memories and copy the list. Or just ask ChatGPT: write out everything you remember about me, verbatim, as a bullet list.
Paste them here
The tool cleans the formatting, removes duplicates and near-duplicates, and counts what is left. You see exactly what survives before anything leaves the page. (It never does.)
Take them anywhere
Copy the clean list, download it as markdown, or grab the import prompt and paste it straight into Claude, Gemini, or any AI with memory.
Paste your ChatGPT memories
Or give them a permanent home.
A pasted list is a snapshot; it drifts out of date the day after you move it. MemoryPlugin keeps one living memory shared across 21+ AI tools: tell ChatGPT something once, and the rest have it from your next conversation.

Open ChatGPT and go to Settings > Personalization > Manage memories to see the full list. You can also ask ChatGPT directly: write out everything you remember about me, verbatim, as a bullet list.
No. The official data export (Settings > Data Controls > Export Data) contains your conversations, not your saved memory entries. Copying them from Manage memories, or asking ChatGPT to write them out, is the only way to get them out.
Two things. Prune: this tool removes duplicates and near-duplicates, so pasting back a cleaned list frees space. Move: take the clean list to an AI that is not full, or keep it in MemoryPlugin, where your memory lives outside any single AI's cap and works in all of them.
Yes. Claude (claude.com/import-memory) and Gemini (gemini.google/import-memory) both have memory import flows, and the Import prompt tab gives you a paste-ready version that works in any AI with memory. Switching entirely? See our step-by-step switch guides.
No. The page runs entirely in your browser: parsing, deduplication, and token counting all happen on your device. Your memories never leave it.
Beyond a one-time copy
One memory that follows you to every AI.
A cleaned list is a snapshot you have to redo every time you switch. MemoryPlugin keeps one living memory that every AI you use can read from and add to, so moving between tools never means starting over.
